12 February 1955 – 18 February 2014

Born in the city of L’viv, but in 2001 moved to Kyiv. Was a construction worker and managed a construction firm. On 18^th February Volodymyr was wounded to death by a bullet at Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Survived by his wife and three sons.
